Order & Delivery
We usually ship order the same day if order is received before 5pm.
Shipping Days To Karachi: 1-2 days
Shipping Days To Lahore: 2-3 days
Shipping Days To Islamabad: 2-3 days
Shipping Days to Other Cities: 3-7 days
These are estimated time-frames based on working days. If our team foresees a delay in order fulfillment from vendor, you shall be informed accordingly by us.
Flat Rs.200 on all order & we offer free delivery on purchase of Rs.2500/ or above.
At any time you can track your order status by using the order number on the “My Account” page.
When the order is shipped, you will receive an email and an SMS with a link and a tracking number to monitor the delivery status of your package.
At the time your order is confirmed, you will be communicated an estimated delivery time for your items.
Note: If your order has multiple items, you might receive the items in separate packages.
Sealed items or packages cannot be opened unless the payment is made to the Delivery Agent. The Delivery Agent shall not take the item back if the seal has been opened.
If you later find out that there is any issue with the product bought, you can request a return by calling our Customer Service (0321-2722290)
Please keep in mind that the item’s condition has to confirm to our Return Policy
Orders can only be delivered to a private address (e.g. home or work address). Kindly note that we cannot deliver any order to public places, streets, cafes and/or restaurants.
If you need to swap an item
Returns and Exchanges
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to claim for the return or exchange if :
The product is damaged, stained, defected or incomplete.
The product/s must be unused, in the original packaging with labels and protective stickers attached.
The product received does not match the size ordered.
Products purchased directly from our website must be returned to our Customer Services department for a return and full refund to be made.
This is only applicable for orders delivered within Pakistan, for international orders please contact our customer support team and we will try to help you out in a possible way.
Fragrances, cosmetics, jewelry are neither exchangeable nor returnable.
Exchanges and refunds during a sale or on a discounted product are ONLY applicable if the product received does not match the product you have ordered.
